Terms of Service
Engagements
Every project begins with a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, milestones and pricing. Work starts once the proposal is accepted and the initial payment is received.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, engagements are billed in milestones. Invoices are due within 14 days. Ongoing retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Ownership
On final payment, full ownership of the source code, design files and infrastructure configuration transfers to the client. We may reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Warranty & support
Delivered work includes a 30-day defect warranty. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring and support are available under a separate agreement.
